Costume Fees
Students have the option to participate in our annual recital held at the end of May or the beginning of June. Each class will be assigned a professional costume ordered from a major costume company. Because costumes are made to order, they must be ordered early in the year to arrive in time for photo day. To alleviate the burden of a lump sum payment, costume fees are spaced out over the first three months of classes. To alleviate the burden of a lump sum payment, costume fees may be spaced out over the first three months of classes. Students will be charged the costume fee ($80+tax) per class, and parents may make full or partial payments until the final due date of Nov. 10. A $10 late fee will be added to your account for any costume fee that has not been paid by Nov. 10.
Costumes must be paid for in full before the order can be placed for your dancer. Students that withdraw from classes before Nov. 10, will receive 100% refund on costume fees. Students that withdraw between Nov. 10-Dec. 10, will be refunded the costume fee, less a $25 restocking fee. Students who withdraw after Dec. 10, will receive their costume, provided it was paid for in full and no refunds will be given.
